Who is Required to File Income Tax Return Filing Online in Delhi?

According to Section 139(1) of the Income Tax Act of 1961,

Companies & Firms: Every company and partnership firm should file a Return of Income for the preceding year's income or loss.

Others: Any other person, whether an individual, a HUF, an AOP, a BOI, or an Artificial Judicial Person, whose total income in respect of which he is assessable under the Act during the previous year, without giving effect to Sec. 10A/10AA/10B/10BA or Chapter VI-A, exceeds the maximum amount not chargeable to Income Tax, is required to file a Return of Income.
